1. Choose a small set of earning rules
In Shopify Admin, open Earning rules. Set points for paid orders and decide whether to offer welcome or first-order bonuses. Use your store currency and typical order value to estimate how soon a customer can reach the first reward.
Points are based on eligible paid orders. For eligible paid orders placed on or after September 7, 2026, successful refunds adjust the purchase points proportionally. Welcome and first-order bonuses are not removed; older purchase-point records are not changed.
2. Define a reward customers understand
In Rewards, give the reward a clear name, a point cost, and a fixed-amount or percentage discount. Configure availability and per-customer limits to suit your program.
Keep percentage discounts separate from a fixed monetary points estimate. Points are not cash, and a reward’s actual value depends on the offer and qualifying purchase.
3. Enable the wallet in your theme
Open the Shopify theme editor, find App embeds, enable the Loyria wallet, and save. Preview your storefront to confirm the wallet appears where you expect. If you previously used another loyalty app, check that two widgets are not competing for the same space.
Check the experience on mobile and desktop, including whether the launcher covers your cart or other important controls.
4. Follow the customer journey
- Open the wallet and sign in to the store’s customer account.
- Check the balance, ways to earn, and reward point costs.
- Redeem an eligible reward. The wallet confirms the result and shows the code.
- Find the code again under claimed rewards after reopening the wallet.
- Copy it into checkout. A claimed code is not a guarantee that it is still unused or eligible for every cart.
If a redemption is still being confirmed, use its recovery action. Avoid treating a timeout as proof that no points were spent.
5. Review what actually happened
Use Program health to follow points and redemption activity. Loyria also tracks issued reward codes that appear on a paid order. Rewards issued are not the same as discounts used, and orders with a reward do not prove that the app caused additional revenue.
Plan limits and billing
Free tracks up to 200 paid orders each month and includes 2 active rewards. Growth costs $12 USD per month, includes a 14-day free trial, and tracks up to 500 paid orders with unlimited active rewards. Loyria shows a notice near or above the order amount; the current version does not interrupt customers’ existing reward redemptions or add overage charges. Shopify handles subscription approval and billing.
What Loyria includes today
Loyria focuses on points, discount rewards, and the storefront wallet. Referral campaigns, membership tiers, spin-to-win games, and email marketing are not currently included.
